Do I need any prior experience to begin? What level is taught?

No prior experience is needed. It will be an honor to welcome you and introduce you to this wonderful world.

What materials are used? Should I purchase them or are they provided?

A personal yoga mat is essential. You should bring your own mat and a towel.

How often should I practice per week?

This depends on your available time, goals, and budget. A minimum of once a week is recommended to see noticeable benefits.

Comfortable clothing like leggings and a top or t-shirt for women.

For men, flexible workout shorts, preferably without a belt and not too short. If wearing running shorts, please use bike shorts underneath.
